Documents to be provided

These documents will be requested once the form is completed and paid for. The documents must only be legible, so that they can be compared to your manually entered data.

All the documents must be sent to us once the form has been filled in, to the address [email protected], specifying the tracking number of your procedure, indicated in the confirmation email.

  • The coordinates of theaccommodation(no voucher necessary)
  • A passport valid for at least 6 months at the time of application
  • One passport photo, any size
  • Travel insurance for repatriation and medical expenses

Passport

A scan of the identity pages of your valid passport (the one used for your trip to Russia). This is the left page of the passport with your personal information AND the right page with your signature. The photocopy must be in color.

⚠️ Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of your application for an e-visa to Russia. It cannot be a green emergency passport or a diplomatic passport. It is highly recommended to have a free space for stamps that will be applied at the border crossing upon arrival in Russia.

Passport photo

A color, high-definition scan of a passport photo, ideally respecting passport photo standards: the photo must be clear, without folds or marks.

The photo should not be over or underexposed. It must be well contrasted, without shadows on the face or in the background. It can be square or rectangular. Passport photos must be recent and resemble the passport photo.

But also...

  • A certificate of travel insurance, in any language, signed and stamped, is required upon arrival for each traveler. It must cover the dates of stay, indicate the benefits (minimum: repatriation and expenses up to $35,000/person), the contact information of the insurer in Russia, the policy number and the full names of the traveler as shown in the passport.
  • if your stay in Russia exceeds 7 working days, you will have to register with the Russian immigration in one of the cities of your trip. Most of the time, the hotel will do it automatically (to be confirmed). If you are staying in an apartment or in a private house, you will have to do it in a post office(Pochta) and pay a few rubles.
