🎫 Can we get a visa for Russia on the spot?

No, it is not possible to obtain a visa on arrival, the request must be made in advance.

⏱ When to apply for an e-Visa for Russia?

The application for e-Visa should be made no later than 4 days before your intended date of arrival in Russia. Once the e-Visa is issued, you have 60 days to enter Russia. If your arrival is in more than one month, we accept applications but we will send you your e-Visa when it is available. 

🚸 Does this Russian e-Visa also apply to minors?

The e-Visa also concerns minors. The minor will need to have his/her own passport and thus apply for a regular e-Visa. The e-Visa is free of charge for accompanied children under 6 years old.

🧒 Do I need to apply for a Permit to leave the country for my child?

If the minor leaves the French territory without a legal guardian, he or she must have an AST(authorization to leave the territory). This document can be requested online, and must be filled out by one of the holders of parental authority. When traveling, this form must be accompanied by a copy of the identity card of the legal guardian.

⏳ How long is the Russian e-Visa valid for?

Once the e-Visa is issued, you have60 days to enter Russia. From the day you arrive in the country, your stay should not exceed 16 days (15 nights)

⚠️ If I exceed the initial 16-day period, what happens?

If the initial 16-day period is exceeded, legal proceedings will be instituted and the person will be banned from the country for 5 years.

🛂 What documents will you need to present to immigration in Russia?

You will need to present your e-Visa printed in color, as well as your passport used to issue the e-Visa. You will also need to present your original travel medical insurance .

⏩ Can I extend my Russian e-Visa?

e-Visas cannot be extended.

🤔 Can I travel to Moscow with a Russian e-Visa?

Since January 1, 2021, the entire territory of Russia can be visited with an e-Visa. It is necessary to respect the list of entry points indicated on the homepage. All 3 international airports in Moscow are eligible.

There are no mandatory vaccinations to go there. However, consult the list of recommended vaccines for certain situations in Russia.
